Health Plans

Central California Alliance for Health (the Alliance) provides health coverage through the following health plans:

Medi-Cal

Medi-Cal is a health plan for eligible persons who live in Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties. When you have Medi-Cal, the Alliance works with the State of California to help you get the health care you need.

Alliance TotalCare

The Alliance’s TotalCare (HMO D-SNP) is a special type of Medicare Advantage plan that is available to individuals who are enrolled in both Medi-Cal and Medicare Parts A and B and live in our service area.

Alliance Care IHSS

Alliance Care IHSS is a health plan for eligible persons who are registered with the Monterey County Public Authority for In-Home Supportive Services (the Public Authority). This plan is for persons who provide in-home support services in Monterey County.
