Alliance telephonic interpreter services remain available

With severe storms and floods happening within our three service areas, it has impacted our in-person (face-to-face) interpreters’ travel to appointments. The safety of our interpreters and ensuring there is no delay in our members’ access to care are important to us.

During this time, we want to remind our providers that our telephonic interpreting services remain available for scheduled appointments and at all key points of contact with our members, 24/7. No prior approval is required.

How to Access a Telephonic Interpreter:

Providers may access a telephonic interpreter by calling Pacific Interpreters directly. Please see access details below.

  1. Dial the toll-free number: 855-469-5222.
  2. Provide the Alliance access code:
  3. At the prompt select desire language:
  • 1-For Spanish.
  • 6-For all other languages or Customer Service Associate.
  1. Provide the following:
  • Language needed.
  • Caller’s first name.
  • Doctor’s last name and company name.
  • City.
