Watch for your Annual Notice of Change
Watch your mail in late September for your TotalCare Annual Notice of Change (ANOC). This letter tells you about changes to your plan that start January 1, 2027. The changes will be about:
- Benefits
- Costs and copays.
- Services the plan covers.
- Providers and provider networks you can see.
- Prescription drugs the plan covers.
Please read the letter when it comes. It tells you what will be changing and what will stay the same in 2027.
Why is the ANOC important?
The ANOC helps you:
- Learn about changes to the TotalCare plan.
- Check your health and prescription drug coverage.
- Get ready for the new plan year.
- Make sure TotalCare is still the right plan for you.
What should you do?
- Read the letter when it arrives.
- Look for changes that may affect you.
- Write down your questions.
- Call Member Services if you have questions or need help.

Call Member Services at 833-530-9015 (TTY: 800-735-2929 (Dial 711)), 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week (except Thanksgiving and Christmas) from October 1 through March 31, and Monday to Friday (except holidays) from April 1 through September 30.
