Review APL updates
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has made updates to multiple All Plan Letters (APL). These changes are important to know, as they may impact how you provide services. To see the updated APLs, visit our website.
Watch the new 2025 Care-Based Incentive Introduction training!
We have a new training available for providers and staff to learn about the Care-Based Incentive (CBI) Program, Provider Portal Reports and the Data Submission Tool.
The training provides:
- An introduction to CBI, including an overview of the program, measure types, the payment timeline and available resources.
- A high-level overview of programmatic measures, including the Care Coordination Access measures and Hospital & Outpatient measures, Quality of Care measures and Fee-For-Service measures.
- An overview of the Provider Portal Reports and how they relate to CBI.
- An overview of the Data Submission Tool and how providers can use it to submit data to the Alliance to receive HEDIS and CBI credit.
- Information about CBI forensics visits.
