Medi-Cal renewals continue for many members, and as a community partner, you play a key role in helping our community keep their health care coverage.
The Alliance continues to reinforce three simple steps for members to stay covered:
- Update contact information with the county.
- Know renewal date and check mail for renewal notices.
- Complete and return forms on time, if required.
These reminders, when shared by trusted community organizations, can help reduce gaps in coverage and ensure members continue receiving the care they need.
$3.2M Invested in member outreach and retention efforts
Across our five counties, there is a lot of work underway to help people stay covered. The Alliance is building on that momentum and strategically investing to fill any gaps in member support.
Through the Medi-Cal Member Outreach and Retention (MOR) Program, the Alliance awarded $3.2 million in grants to 23 community-based partners to strengthen outreach, education and hands-on renewal support for Medi-Cal members.
