My Health Member Portal
The My Health Member Portal is a secure online platform for Alliance members. As an Alliance member, you can use the portal to help manage your health care. The portal allows you to:
- View information about your health care and plan, like your current health care coverage and primary doctor.
- Update your information or submit requests any time online.
Please note: Online accounts can be created by members once they turn 18. The Member Portal is currently available in English only. We will share updates when new options are available.
To log in to the My Health Member Portal, you will need to create an account. You can log in to the Member Portal on a computer or a phone.
What can I use the My Health Member Portal for?
You can log in to your Member Portal to:
- Check your eligibility for your Alliance health plan.
- Order a member ID card.
- Update your personal information, like your address and phone number. When you keep this information updated, we can contact you with important information about your health plan.
- Change your primary care provider (PCP).
- View claims, authorizations and referrals.
- Submit grievances or appeals.
- Send secure messages to your care manager.
