The Central California Alliance for Health (the Alliance) is excited to share the new Immunization Resources web page which is now available through the Alliance’s provider website. This new web page features:
- Links to the most current immunization schedules;
- Local immunization registries;
- County specific resources;
- General resources, and
- Printable immunization promotional materials.
This web page is a one stop shop for your immunization resources needs and can assist your practice in staying up to date with immunization schedules, vaccine information statements (VISs), and best practices.

You can also access it from the Alliance’s website by clicking the Providers tab, select Clinical Resources, click on Quality Improvement, and then click on Immunization Resources.
