Alliance providers in Mariposa and Merced counties can earn a Community Health Worker (CHW) certificate at no cost! Through a program offered by U.C. Merced Extension, participants will receive entry-level training designed to teach them how to connect individuals to available assistance, services and resources.
This online course runs from March 24, 2025 through June 22, 2025. Participants will receive both Merced Extension and California state-issued CHWP/R certificates.
