If you are an Alliance member, you can make an Alliance Member Portal account. Note: The portal is currently available in English only.
It only takes a few minutes to set up your account. To get started, you will need a valid email address and your Alliance member ID number. You can find your member ID number on the front of your Alliance ID card.

We encourage you to sign up for text messages when you create your account. This allows the Alliance to send important health plan information to your cell phone. To opt in to text messages from the Alliance, text START to 59849. You can opt out of messages at any time
