We value your feedback and invite you to participate in our Provider Satisfaction Survey. Submit your responses before the survey closes on Sept. 25, 2025.  

The first 100 respondents will be entered into a raffle to win a $150 gift card to a local restaurant for their office. Additional respondents will also have the chance to win a $100 local restaurant gift card. 

One $150 office gift card and one $100 individual gift card will be awarded per county.

TotalCare (HMO D-SNP) Provider Orientation Training  

The Alliance’s new Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) launches Jan. 1, 2026, bringing Medicare and Medi-Cal services together in one plan for eligible members. Find out what this means for you and your patients in our recorded orientation. The 45-minute session explains how TotalCare coordinates benefits and highlights advantages for both providers and members. Hear directly from Alliance leaders and state experts about care coordination, enrollment and what to expect as a D-SNP provider.

Changes to WIC infant formulas 

The California Department of Public Health/Women, Infants and Children Division (CDPH/WIC) contract infant formulas changed on Aug. 1, 2025.  

The contract infant formulas available to California WIC participants now include:  

Milk-based formulas: 

• Enfamil Infant.  

• Enfamil Gentlease.  

• Enfamil Reguline.  

• Enfamil A.R. 

Soy-based formula:  

• Similac Soy Isomil.  

All California WIC formula-fed infants may receive one of the contract formulas below without a prescription. However, if a medical formula is necessary, a prescription is required.

Read how to request medical formula for your WIC patients. As a reminder, if a patient has Medi-Cal, submit a Prior Authorization for the prescribed product to Medi-Cal for approval before referring a patient to WIC.
