The Alliance is hosting a Provider Orientation Session for our new D-SNP program. Join us for an overview of the Central California Alliance for Health’s TotalCare (HMO D-SNP) Medicare Advantage plan that goes live on Oct. 1, 2025. The plan’s effective date is Jan. 1, 2026. Anastacia Dodson, Deputy Director of the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), will co-present with the Alliance to provide key insights.
