Your organization or practice may be eligible for the Alliance’s Data Sharing Incentive (DSI) program! The DSI program offers up to $40,000 in financial assistance to Alliance providers for participating in active data sharing via the Health Information Exchange (HIE). The incentive supports providers to meet the mandatory California Health and Human Services Agency (CalHHS) Data Exchange Framework (DxF) statewide requirements.
The DSI is now open to primary care providers (PCPs), including pediatric PCPs. Future eligible provider types include:
- Specialists.
- Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports providers.
- Behavioral health providers.
For more information, including timelines and FAQs, please visit the DSI page on our website.
If you are interested in setting up an electronic health record (EHR) that supports real-time data exchange, we might be able to help! The Data Sharing Support Program is designed to help providers build data sharing capacity, and we are accepting applications.
