Scheduling non-medical transportation (NMT) trips is easier than ever with Call the Car’s mobile app CTC-Go. The features of the app, which is free for members to use, include:
- Scheduling new reservations without having to call.
- Canceling existing reservations.
- Checking which company will provide pick up.
- Rating a transportation experience.
Members can also schedule transportation by calling Call the Car at 833-244-1678, 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays. Ride assistance for previously scheduled trips is available 24/7.
