Behavioral health care is moving to the Alliance
Right now, Carelon helps Alliance members who need behavioral health care. This will change on July 1, 2025.
The Alliance will manage your behavioral health needs
Starting July 1, 2025, the Alliance will be handling these services instead, and we will work directly with you to coordinate behavioral health care. This means your mental health care will be managed along with your physical health care, making it easier for you to get the support you need. The goal is to give you complete and connected care for your overall health.
