Deadline for COVID-19 immunization incentives

Alliance providers can receive incentives for COVID-19 immunizations administered between Jan. 1, 2022 and Feb. 28, 2022. To be eligible for this incentive, providers must submit their COVID-19 immunization rosters through the Alliance’s Data Submission Tool (DST) in the Provider Portal, using the immunizations test type file layout. The submission deadline is Friday, March 18, 2022.

Please refer to our Data Submission Guide in the Portal del Proveedor for instructions. See pages 7-11 on submitting data and file requirements (template) and page 38 for the immunization file.

Provider Satisfaction Survey results for 2021

Every year, the Alliance contracts with SPH Analytics to conduct a Provider Satisfaction Survey. In addition to assessing overall satisfaction with the Alliance, the survey measures provider satisfaction with access to urgent and routine care, Cultural and Linguistic Services and the Provider Portal. Key findings and trends are closely tracked, and we use feedback to inform short-term and long-term initiatives.

Highlights from 2021 include:

  • 89% of providers who responded indicated that they are completely or somewhat satisfied with the Alliance.
  • 99% of providers indicated they would recommend the Alliance to other physicians.

In nearly all areas of core health plan operations, providers rated the Alliance at or near the 100th percentile compared to other health plans surveyed by SPH Analytics. These results are landmark achievements in satisfaction. We’re thrilled to continue supporting providers through the challenges of the pandemic.

The Alliance is grateful to provider offices that made time to complete the survey. We are committed to using your candid feedback to advance a shared vision of Healthy People, Healthy Communities. We invite you to participate in the 2022 survey, which launches this summer.

Alliance community impact in 2021

At the Alliance, we invest in our vision of healthy people and healthy communities. In 2021, the Alliance awarded $11.1 million to local organizations in Merced, Monterey and Santa Cruz counties. Over 6,200 of our members were positively impacted by these grants, which provided critical care and social support to our communities. In addition, our outreach program reached 13,500 members during the pandemic through call campaigns and in-person events. View the highlights of the Alliance’s impact in our 2021 Community Impact Report.
