The Alliance will be available at the Dignity Mobile Clinic. The mobile clinic offers:
- Bilingual staff (English and Spanish) health care where you are!
- Evaluation and treatment for episodic medical conditions.
- Help finding medical homes for those patients with chronic needs.
- Help finding social services and resources in the community.
And more!
If you are a Medi-Cal member and the service you receive is a covered benefit, the clinic is at no cost to you. Dignity Health staff are available to answer questions and Alliance members may call member services (800) 700-3874 with any billing questions. You might also be eligible for financial assistance from Dignity Health.
